Our members are affectionately referred to as "Millionaires." In accordance with federal guidelines, this term serves as an internal community moniker and branding element; it is not a literal claim, guarantee, or representation of future individual financial success, income generation, or specific credit score outcomes.

01Regulatory Compliance & Statutory Cancellation Rights

The Company operates in strict compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Florida Credit Services Organizations Act (CSO Act).

The 5-Day Statutory Right to Cancel: Every credit services client retains the absolute legal right to cancel their service agreement without any penalty or obligation within five (5) business days from the date the contract is signed. If a client executes their right to cancel within this 5-day window, a 100% full refund of all initial fees (including audit, blueprint, or system intake fees) will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Detachable Notice: A formal, detachable Notice of Cancellation form is automatically provided within every digital service agreement at the time of onboarding.

02Professional Consulting & Service Billing Policy

To maintain strict compliance with federal anti-advance-fee regulations, the Company enforces a transparent post-performance billing model across all service tiers.

Initial Fully Performed Services: All initial tier charges (including the $199 Silver Analysis, $299 Bronze Blueprint, $739 Platinum Audit, and $1,500 Credit to Keys Onboarding) are explicitly billed and processed only after the respective credit analysis, custom blueprint document, or lending-readiness evaluation has been fully completed by a specialist and electronically delivered to the client.

Monthly Subscription Services: Subsequent ongoing monthly administration fees (such as the $99 Silver recurring tier) are strictly billed in arrears. Invoices are processed exactly 30 days after signup, provided that the preceding 30 days of dispute administration and file updates have been fully executed and documented.

Active Client Obligations: Clients are required to maintain an active, correct credit monitoring service at all times during their active cycle. Failure to maintain active credit monitoring or turn over bureau response letters within three (3) days of receipt will result in an immediate administrative suspension of services.

03Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

The Company prides itself on elite operational transparency. Outside of the statutory 5-day cancellation window, refunds are strictly governed by our performance-based matrix:

The 180-Day Performance Guarantee: Clients are entitled to a 100% full refund of monthly subscription fees paid if the Company fails to successfully update, correct, or remove any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete negative items worked on within 180 days (6 consecutive months) of continuous service.

Mandatory Voiding Conditions: This money-back guarantee is contingent upon absolute client compliance and shall be rendered completely null and void if the client:

Courses and Digital Academies: Educational materials, standalone video courses, and digital blueprints purchased independently of active credit repair services are fully realized electronic assets and are non-refundable once instant digital access has been successfully provisioned.

04Standard Month-to-Month Cancellation

Following the expiration of the initial statutory 5-day window, all recurring plans operate on a standard month-to-month basis.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their secure billing portal or submitting a formal cancellation request via email to [email protected] with "Cancellation" in the subject line.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the next scheduled recurring billing date. Requests received inside the 3-day window will be processed after the final upcoming payment, which will constitute the final payment due for services rendered.

05Administrative Disputes & Delinquency

The Company expects all members to act with corporate integrity. By executing a service agreement, you authorize the specific payment framework chosen.

In the event of an unverified billing dispute or unauthorized payment reversal (chargeback) for services already fully performed, documented, and delivered, the Company reserves the right to pursue all lawful debt collection remedies.

This includes assigning the delinquent balance to a third-party collection agency, reporting the non-payment to consumer credit reporting repositories, or seeking civil remedies in a court of law.
